The Partners of KPMG and Eversheds thank those who contributed to the CVA for their munificence of the fees charged to the estate.

Eversheds have today, December 24th 2007, served the final witness statement of KPMG in the EDI matter. I have appended to it a 2 page summary prepared in November and all can be downloaded at:

I have previously extended until 5.00pm on December 31st the time for KPMG to accept the latest offer made by HMRC on behalf of all 3 parties, so no further comment will be made before that deadline has expired.

Merry Xmas

UPDATE DECEMBER 31ST 2007 @ 17.01 HRS.

The following link provides a copy of a letter sent today to the Chief Executive Officers of BEGBIES, KPMG and EVERSHEDS.

Final meetings to sign off on Conditional Fee Agreements for all matters relating to Think are being held over the next 10 days.

The enforced hiatus caused by Chris Jones' stupid and unwarranted interference in the EDI matter is now over.

May the midnight herald a Happy and Prosperous New Year for the long suffering creditors and shareholders (other than prior directors and miscreants) of Think Entertainment plc.

Regards

Mark Hardy
